You can place an order by internet, phone or email. We accept all major debit and credit cards but we do not accept American Express. Transporter Life are suppliers of mainly aftermarket accessories for Volkswagen Transporters and caddys.  We recommend that all accessories and parts are fitted by qualified and reputable technicians. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. We reserve the right to refuse an order where; the goods are out of stock, we cannot get authorisation for payment, there is a product or pricing error on the description of goods.

Delivery

All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday will be dispatched the same day on a 48hour delivery service. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the following Monday. Please note this does not apply for alloy wheels, please allow 3-5 working days for alloys to be dispatched. All orders are packed securely with our strong packaging tape to avoid any damage in transit. Some orders may come directly from our suppliers so please be mindful that bulk orders may not arrive all at once.

All goods are sold subject to stock availability. We will notify you immediately if we have sold out of the goods you have ordered. We operate a ‘back – order’ system whereby if you have ordered an item and it is not in stock we will dispatch it as soon as it arrives back in. If you decide you no longer want the item, please let us know by emailing sales@www.transporterlife.co.uk and we will refund you the same way that the goods were paid. Please note that while we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, any time or date for delivery is an estimate only and Transporter Life shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay caused by the courier or delivery service.

Returns

Transporter Life prides itself on customer satisfaction. We offer a strict 14 day returns policy from the date the item has been received. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the item you have ordered and you wish to return it please email sales@www.transporterlife.co.uk to start the return. We will send you a returns form that must be filled in and sent back with the order. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of postage. The goods must be returned using a signed-for service and proof of posting must be obtained.  The goods MUST be unused/unfitted, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. If it is deemed that the item is not in a saleable condition once returned, you will simply not be refunded. All returns will be refunded within 14 working days via the original payment method used.

Damaged items

All items must be checked over and inspected BEFORE signing for. Transporter Life accepts no responsibility for products that arrive damaged if they have been signed for. By signing for an item, you agree that the goods have arrived in an acceptable condition.

Alloy wheels and tyres

We do not accept any returns for alloy wheels and tyres. All wheels come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. Any damage caused to the tyres or the vehicle are not covered under this warranty. Polished wheels do not carry a warranty. We do NOT offer any warranty against surface degradation & corrosion as the condition will entirely depend on customer care and maintenance. During the winter months, special care must be taken to wash and remove road salt and grit. Only Neutral PH detergent cleaning materials should be used. The use of Acidic Cleaners to remove brake dust deposits will affect the clearcoat and alloy surfaces and should NOT be used. High Pressure water washers and the use of steam cleaning will also invalidate our wheels warranty. Damage dents and scratches caused by abrasion or stone chips are not covered under this warranty. Fitment of wheels should only be undertaken by qualified technician. Damage incurred by dropping the wheels or during fitting with tyres or onto the vehicle is not covered in this warranty. If wheels are fitted incorrectly or the wrong nuts or incorrect centering rings (or centering rings are omitted) than any resulting damage is not covered in this warranty. Fitting of incorrect tyres will also invalidate this warranty. All wheels should be thoroughly inspected for imperfections before fitting to a vehicle. Once fitted to a vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for blemishes faults or buckled rims as this can take place after fitting. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that our wheels and tyres comply with the conditions of their insurance company and local authorities as these can vary in different areas. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the law or conditions of insurance companies that may affect the fitting of wheels or tyres purchased from us. Wheel nuts must be re-checked and re-tightened before driving not more than 30 miles after fitting. By paying for the order over the internet the customer accepts all responsibility for any resulting liability and costs that may be incurred. Transporter Life cannot be held liable for any resulting action as the customer has been made aware of the change to the vehicle.

Tyres, wheel spacers, special orders or custom items that have been correctly supplied cannot be returned under any circumstances

Product descriptions

All product descriptions are given in good faith. All claims of effect of fitting uprated/improved/modified/lowered parts are based on the assumption that the vehicle is currently in factory standard trim for a standard model i.e., not already modified and not factory special.
